Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) and Institute of Real Estate and Finance (IREF) programs are in joint collaboration where students gets joint certification from SYMBIOSIS (SIMS) and IREF. Also based on course students also get certification/diploma from SYMBSIOSIS INTERNATIONAL DEEMED UNIVERSITY.

Online live program is webinar based live interactive classes which you can do it form your laptop/desktop and mobile .In the live classes teachers /professionals interact directly to all the students at real time. In live classes you can interact with trainers, ask questions like an actual classroom .Online live classroom is time bound program which has start to end fix date and time period of the scheduled classes. You will also get books and other reference martials apart from classes .It can be followed by short live classes room session based on course curriculum in given cities

Self Learning Course is well defined e-learning courses with you can start and learn any time based on your availability .You can access all course material, videos, PPT and files from you course login ID .Self-paced program allow you to learn as per you time and convenience form you laptop /desktop .All self-learning program is designed and developed by best industry professionals

Examination is conducted online and in classroom based on courses you opted for .For online exams you can give it on your computer and for classroom based exam you can chose, your city and time based on exam schedule.

Once learner complete there exam or assignments as per instruction of course coordinator or trainers .Within 1 month of completion of program they receive hard copy of certificate .Students can also get the certificate in IREF convocation ceremony held in different cities as per given schedule.

You can use our online payment link on home page and in every course page to pay the fees directly or use our bank account details to pay which will be provided by your counselors .Our counsellor will support you in the same.

We have our education loan partners which help you in providing loan for your certificate program and PG Program at 0 % (zero percent) interest rate .Do ask our counselor for the same.

Installment facility is only available in PG live classroom program .You can ask your counselor to share the information.

All our programs are job oriented program will provide all our students full support in placements. Regular placement activity is conducted form our head office to place our students and connect then to desired companies.
